Piermount Iron Works has experienced estimators capable of providing you with accurate quotations regardless of the project size or complexity. We also work together with developers and construction managers to assist in the preparation of project budgets and constructability concerns. We use our practical experience to offer our customers value engineering suggestions which can produce a positive economical benefit to the project and provide a competitive edge during the bidding process.

Detailing & Engineering

We believe that getting things right on paper is the first step to a successful and error free project. Our detailing and design department employs state-of-the-art Computer Aided Drafting systems equipped with the latest steel detailing software to produce our shop drawings. We employ both in-house detailers as well as additional individuals from a select group of reputable structural engineers. Over time, we have forged relationships with these peope whose quality workmanship and commitment to accuracy we have come to appreciate. This experience enables Piermount Iron Works to provide you with complete Design/Build services and value engineering recommendations which equates to an economical and efficient structure.

Structural Steel Fabrication

Our fabrication facility is equipped with modern ironworking equipment. We employ skilled ironworkers, AWS certified welders, and craftsmen with decades of combined experience. When the size of the project dictates we have the ability to partner up with additional steel fabricators whom we have had long standing relationships with to produce projects.

Miscellaneous Metals Fabrication

Utilizing the experience of our skilled shop personnel we are able to provide miscellaneous metals fabrications including steel stairs, steel handrails, ladders, pipe bollards, pipe supports, work platforms and roof top dunnage framing.

Steel Erection Services

In addition to our steel fabrication capabilities we also offer steel erection services.
